A Week of Eating At Home: A Convenient Meal Plan

So like most of the world we are a week into our official stay-at-home order and we have been eating right because of our handy meal plan.  We have been quarantining ourselves for almost three weeks now. It all started almost enjoyable. We were home spending time with each other getting to eat home cooked meals. But at around day 5 I realized I had no idea what to make for dinner, let alone what we even had in the pantry to cook. I took up meal planning soon after and it has been one less stress to worry about.

Meal Planning for the Win

After making it two weeks in with meal plans I thought it may be a good idea to upload some of the meals we have been eating for others. I put together a simple meal plan for a week at home. I did put the general idea of the meals but with a 1-year-old picky eater and me being mainly plant based we did improvise with left overs here and there.
